Kuwait generally has four seasons: winter, spring, summer and fall. These seasons can be divided into sub-seasons, such has periods of frequent dust storms, frequent thunderstorms, or persistent winds during a given season.

 

Knowledge of these sub-seasons is vital for safe navigation and survival.
